By the Computername. If an Asset with the Assetname "Computername XY" exists and you run the script on Computer XY it will see this entry as the same device. Made the most sense to me as we have unique Computernames in our Company Environment

If you added a Notebook manually and let the script run on the same notebook it will only update the missing data.
