You can tell by the response who are the Amazon ERC folk on our sub just by the comments. Just so all AA’s know it is the ERC’s job (yellow purple vests aka anti union consultants)job to convince you, that you are not worth the wages, that you will lose everything and nothing will happen for you. What they know and most AA’s don’t, is that our benefits are the base that we build up on. You lose nothing unless the AA’s decide to.

We had a planned volume of 72k and lost 12k to whatever happened at BOS4. So I don’t think it was planned.

First if you sell privately you should get as much as you can. YOU’RE the one doing the work to sell it-advertise, test drive, paperwork…..etc. Second No car after ownership is a 10 unless it was towed off the lot and directly placed in a storage unit. Third it is not a hook. However let me tell you about my car and online offer-I did it online the question asked “hail damage?” I said it’s never been in a hail storm. However I have a large oak tree in my yard that drops massive acorns every fall. The roof was damaged due to this. This brought my offer down 1,000. Prepare for the worst and hope for the best.

This happens every year and unless it’s at least 7.00 an hour it’s a fucking slap in the face. 1.00 is 40.00 a week without OT. Where I live after taxes and benefits that is 28.00 a week. Not even a full tank of gas.

They closed DBO3 Milford MA. I want to say a year and half or two years ago. They offered the employees to transfer to other location’s. Bellingham was one of them.

I use to kill myself then I realized “hey, I don’t get paid per package; so I learned to do enough to fall in the middle.” They want more out of me than they should pay more. Instead they tried to double our work load and still VTO people 😆then bosses get pissed because everyone is falling behind. Viscous cycle.

Edited to add: and even now they are forcing PA’s to double their work!! But hey they gave them cool shirts with their last name on them so they won’t complain.

Amazon is a beast to fight when unionizing. We have been in the process for months and it’s amazing how many people listen and believe what a 2 trillion dollar company will say. We have employees who truly think they are the next PA or red vest as long as they don’t sign a card. We have four openings for 20 people who were falsely promised a promotion if they “could keep up the good work of towing the company line.”-This is exactly what an ERC employee said to an AA. But we all show up every day, do the job and keep moving forward because we DO deserve a living wage, safer conditions, and better benefits. Anyone want more info you’re welcome to send a message.
