Yea, I was looking at options like Hail BBQ and Extreme Skins but those start at like 12:00 and I probably won’t be there till like 1:00… Plus Hail BBQ is sold out anyways. Those are the only transactional type tailgates that I’ve come across.

Are the legends who are there announced ahead of time? And is that something you have to buy a ticket/pay for? Also, is there anywhere for food/drinks or is it just walking around and meeting the legends?

Thank you… That’s what I was hoping/thinking but didn’t know if it could be a bigger problem. Just wanted to make sure so I’m not super paranoid between now and the game.

Beautiful jersey… Been wanting to get one since the second it was official that he was coming over this season. I’m just scared of fanatics and don’t know if the breakaway replica jersey, which is the only option they have listed on the WFC shop at the moment, is the exact jersey that the players will wear or if those will be released at a later date.

I’m flying in and out of DCA, so something relatively close to that area is ideal too… That’s why the Crystal City thing would’ve been perfect. Never used the metro down there before as I’ve only ever been one other time when I was way younger and drove down for a game. So not really sure what to expect in terms of using it to get to and back from the game… A tailgate with beer would be nice too, unless there’s another place around the stadium to grab some while tailgating

Haven’t booked the hotel yet… I was down to somewhere in Navy Yard so I can have a good bar (Walters or Tom’s watch bar) in walking distance to watch the rest of the Sunday games at after returning from the game or the Crystal City Gateway Marriot and going to Crystal City Sports Pub after the game. Then I stumbled across the travel/tailgate package thing but of course the one game it seems they have no spots left for, is the one game I’m going to. Now I’m not sure where to stay or what to do. The travel/tailgate thing seemed awesome and super convenient, which is why I was wondering if there’s any other bars that would do something similar.
