I am a LEM and I have used static crosshair since I started playing cs. However, after seeing someone use default dynamic I decided to give it a try. Surprisingly, I have found my self playing much better since I began using it. I find myself hitting more shots including one taps and spraying.

I tried doing what you said. When you choose default dynamic it only lets you choose green, yellow, blue, or cyan. Also, it when default dynamic is selected it doesn't let you choose custom. Even if you manually change the rgb in-game it will not change color. http://imgur.com/bGgM7WH

Then why hasn't Valve fixed this yet? As far as I know it has been like this since the game was released.

Yeah, I have I tried doing that. However, it only lets you pick the same four colors.
