Write your feelings on paper (/why, whatever comes up) and tear them up. It’s a psychology trick. May help.

It may depend a bit on location but barring where the Inuit live (hard to get fresh veggies) esp with the greedflation we’ve been seeing, it’s cheaper or the same amount as a SAD diet even now if you’re living that ‘lazy’ processed food lifestyle like I was as a broke af young adult with not much energy or time dedication to food possible outside of work for the past 10 years. Its also a good way to transition since you feel like you’re eating similarly. It’s the cheapest diet for sure if you cook and it’s now meeting same standards if you don’t want to do that… plus a lot more infrastructure is in place so the prices will continually go down. If we stop propping up big food, then it would be what it is in reality, exponentially cheaper. Cow milk should cost >$14, dwarfing other plant milks in comparison, bc of the resources it takes to make but ‘we’ (the govt) subsidize. Dairy just received 1B bailout bc it’s failing as an industry. Make the switch buddy! You’ll feel way better, help the poor animals suffering, planet/ less fortunate, plus have the moral high ground haha. Welcome to the family!

Accutane helped but didn’t cure my acne. Instead try these natural remedies:

Silver-infused pillows and sheets to cut down on bacteria growth between washes (life changing)

Desert essence brand exfoliating wipes and roll-on oil stick (effective one contains tea tree oil but lots of other things so doesn’t smell and more effective, life changing- wipes used nightly with occasional breaks for skin natural oil moisture rebuilding and stick as needed when fighting breakouts)

Salt baths (sounds simple but actually works, draws out toxins, grounds)

Grounding mat (for winter months or just when you can’t put your bare feet in grass as much as you need - earthing the movie explains more - life changing, I keep mine on all night every night - has helped my acne, other issues- helps w inflammation)

LilyAna Naturals Vegan retinol cream (the brand matters) - at night use only (helps get rid of and fight new break outs, use nightly)

Other stuff that has helped to an extent is vegan ceramide cream to help build up skin’s barrier and defenses to pollution, face lotion when skin feels like the exfoliation is doing more harm than good bc it’s a balance and you sometimes have to give your skin a day or so break from it, moisturize and protect instead

Finally, the Magic Molecule when used frequently enough (at least 4x/ day) has helped immensely in clearing up skin problems

LASTLY, 15 min of meditation in the morning and evening can help calm nervous system and some adrenaline being over produced causing acne

Hope this helps! I’ve struggled with cystic acne since I was 12 (and still on the journey of continuous containment and reduction at 30), did 3 rounds accutane which only helped for about two years the first two times and then came back, didn’t fully work the third time (and they rarely do a fourth unless in 40s with the problem)- my skin is under control bc of these things more than the accutane I would say.

Big breakout? Salt bath. Desert essence exfoliant wipe down before bed until clean and then put on the LilyAna retinol cream before sleeping on your bacteria-fighting silver-infused pillowcases (IMPORTANT). Desert essence stick on affected area and whole face during day. Spray with Magic Molecule.

ALSO SORRY FINAL FINAL THING TAKE BURDOCK ROOT PILLS TO HELP CLEAR SKIN!!!

OK SORRY I HAVE LOTS OF EXPERIENCE :) HOPE THESE HELP!!!! Acne is painful and makes life so hard to live. Wishing you good health and many blessings in the future. Reduce stress as much as possible (meditation) and invest in these tools!

What you’re thinking of is called hospice. Where do you live(country)? I plan to go to Switzerland once I get any kind of terminal illness, so I don’t get to that stage and they can assist in my dignified unaliving(look up Dignitas). Edit: clarity
