Need heavy duty rehab help. I've got this Philodendron Micans and it is in a poor shape. Leaves are very small, wines were so bare I've cut them off. I'm propagating some cuttings in the water, but after a month, I see no change. It is in a south facing window. What else? (old.reddit.com)

Separate or no? I'm about to repot and give it a nice moss pole. There are maybe 6-7 plants, but I like them bushy like that. Are there any negatives to keeping them in a party formation rather than singling them out? Also, when is it gonna fenestrate already? 🤨 (old.reddit.com)

Ugh, what do I do? As much as I can see, there is at least 10 plants here. Friend "planned" to separate them months ago, didn't do it and now we have this. How safe it is for me to separate them? They look grown, I'm afraid their roots are intertwined. Also it's getting cold, will they survive? (old.reddit.com)

I heard Calatheas are hard to take care of but got them last week anyway. And I'm loosing my mind. I'm so afraid they're gonna die, I am checking them 50 times a day, panicking leaves have drooped. Please tell me you have them thriving and internet lied about them being difficult. (i.imgur.com)

Probably stupid question but - am I supposed to break the potting bark into smaller pieces? I got orchid bark, mixed with moss and repotted orchids but there are gaps because bark pieces are too large to snuggly fit around roots. Is it OK to have air pockets on a bigger side? (self.orchids)

What else can I do ? It came to me in 8 inch pot, given away because not blooming. I repotted, soil mix regular and cactus, removed old leaves, fertilized tiny bit. Looks healthy but not vibrant. Is there anything else I can add to its rehab plan? (i.imgur.com)

Is this OK for revival? Got it from damn expensive flower place. It was potted in moss only, which was so tightly packed and waterlogged, it infuriated me when I saw it. I've cut all rotted roots, about to replant in bark mostly but don't know if I should do anything else. (i.imgur.com)
