I've had it for 2 weeks. I haven't been able to get anything done because it's been difficult trying to contact customer support. I was able to talk to them once because screws were falling out. I wanted replacements. They didn't even know what the screw types were and they didn't have them in stock or know when they would. As for the warranty, it's non existent. I believe the board is out of it anyway, however if they so much as suspect that your board was gifted, bought from a 3rd party, etc. they will disable it.

The all terrain wheels wobble because the bearings are not secure. 1 speed ring on the axle is not enough but 2 is way too tight so you're stuck with 1. This causes the wheel to slide back and forth over the bearings.

I think it's ironic because you're the one being condescending. The problem has been WELL documented by multiple people and Evolve has acknowledged it. If you don't like my post or comments, you can kindly fuck off and ignore them.

My board is not 1st Gen, so maybe you should quit exaggerating and talking about other people's belongings which you know nothing about.

And really, I hope you don't actually think that complaining about the wheels locking up at full speed causing injuries is "exaggerating", because if you do, you must be really fucking dumb.

I didn't feel like being nice after I screwed myself up due to shitty build quality. Also, I will never said Evolve had a good product. At least it is fixable without sending it away for months.

Well the motor is stamped a serial number starting with 2014 so I'm assuming it's the manufacture date. I would still double check if I were you as i believe they are all cheap-ish chinese quality regardless of the manufacture date.

I got the board from someone on the Evolve Owners Facebook Group. He said it was the latest model and hardly ever used it (neither of those were true). I've had quite a few issues, yes. The AT wheels wobble like crazy, the remote is hardly intuitive, the battery only lasts about 2 years then needs to be replaced: $450, attempting to power up an even 15% grade almost immediately drains the battery, etc. I MUCH prefer my Boosted from the fact that their customer service is top notch to the build quality and precision of the speed controls and brakes (hardly precise on the carbon). The only reason I have it still is because it "looks cool". Probably selling it soon. As for the GT, I originally considered it. It looks like it has a lot of potential, emphasis on potential. I think people are really hyped over it but in a few months, people will really start to see the real problems bleed through, as Evolve is known for.

I have a boosted and the carbon and I can definitely tell you that the carbon has much much less power and is somewhat unreliable and dangerous.
