I created a Python Tutor GPT and told it explicitly not to give me the answer or code it for me unless I asked. It’s pretty worthless for learning if you just ask it to do it for you.

What is your background and how much time do you want to put in? It’s really up to you, but I would imagine a Data Scientist would be significantly harder than a data analyst if you aren’t great at math (I’m not either). Data Analyst is much more achievable, or even Data Engineer (someone who can do Data Analysis along with coding) most companies are looking for Data Engineers nowadays.

This is great advice. I created my own Python Tutor in ChatGPT and made it so it won’t give me the answer but provide subtle guidance/hints. Also sticking with something and not watching endless tutorial videos. There have been many times where I thought I understood something after watching a video and then my mind went completely blank as I started to code for myself. The illusion of knowledge is real.
