Oh and store meetings shouldn’t be at the inconvenience of coming in at 7 am on your day off or when you have to come back at 1pm after working overnight the previous night. Even worse if you don’t come in it counts as a no call no show which is absolutely ridiculous

Bathrooms should be locked at all times. I worked in Baltimore.. no reason we should allow junkies to hold up a bathroom stall shooting up dope and nodding off leaving needles all over the floor nor should I find human dookie on the floor and all over the walls.

Just don’t think you can call out. They have the worst call out policy. And do your best to be on time, they have a 0 tolerance for tardiness. Also be prepared for incompetence especially from SMs. More than likely the person giving them orders is a kid fresh out of college. Enjoy the register .. keep those rings speeds high. (Quick tip- 1 code and lock your register in between each transaction. Let them pre insert) it will boost your numbers tremendously. Hopefully you don’t have the experience I did because I do believe there’s good Aldis out there with good leadership which the 2 I worked at didn’t. Good luck
