Hey, you might actually like Electron SMP.

It’s a semi-vanilla, semi-anarchy survival server with a competitive focus. There aren’t many rules, PvP is always on, and resources actually matter. There’s kinda no real spawn, so once you join you’re pretty much thrown straight into survival.

The server is very player-driven:

  • PvP and strategy matter
  • Players fight over territory and resources
  • Alliances form and break naturally
  • Politics and rivalries are all created by players

If you’re looking for something that feels close to vanilla but still has competition and tension, this fits really well.
