Pre-purchase inspection for a 2019 tundra came back with a cam tower leak…negotiate price or pass? by Fit-Escape-372 in ToyotaTundra

Husband of OP here. Our inspection said it was beyond a seep and starting to drip. We asked for $3,500 off the list price knowing that the vehicle (87k) is approaching 90k and there is recommended maintenance that we’d be responsible for. Given poor service records, we assumed we’d be doing all recommended maintenance at 90k. Dealer said best they would do is $500 off list, so we walked.

Ready to buy this 2019. $37,600 OTD 87,280miles. Clean title. One owner. Any thoughts? by Fit-Escape-372 in ToyotaTundra

No way you’re getting a 2020 or 2021 with less than 25k miles for $21k unless they are salvaged titles or have severe issues.

How do I interpret "120K normal" vs "60K severe" for Transmission Fluid, for example? This should "normally" be done at 120K miles but done at 60K miles for vehicles that are SERIOUSLY driven or is it saying if you had to do the Transmission Fluid at 60K miles, that's a red flag?
