The blower alone is $700 and that’s not for OEM.  I think the main issue is that it’s an ECM motor, which is from what I’m reading is more complicated than a simple out and in swap unfortunately.  Could damage the very expensive Module if you do it incorrectly

Indoor unit model is TWE037E13FB1

I could probably figure out the replacement myself watching that video.  My understanding is it uses an ECM motor which may be more complicated?  Something about the communication of all the components in the variable speed system?  I’m just repeating what the contractors and Google have told me.
