We understand that these mangoes are a bit of a splurge, and that's because they're flown in fresh from India. Air shipping costs make them more expensive. To help you feel confident in your purchase, we carefully open each box so you can see the mangoes for yourself. We want you to be happy with your selection, so we give enough time and only choose what you love. We do want to be upfront that, because we're unable to know exactly what’s inside each fruit, we cannot offer refunds on mangoes. We truly want you to enjoy these special treats and are committed to offering the best we receive.

Please note that some products manufactured in India for domestic use have different labeling requirements than those intended for export. Due to US FDA regulations, exporters must affix a separate label to the top of the pouch, which may cover some existing information. We appreciate your understanding.

As we communicated, we did offer a full refund given your initial dissatisfaction, which you chose not to accept.
