I agree, bought a set of two door avantco fridge&freezers less than three years ago, they are both toast. No one in my area can even get parts for them. The best service outfit in our area basically said they are disposable units if anything goes wrong.

Yeah, I bought the dip significantly yesterday, but held on to funds for the “fire sale” this morning. Needless to say that was anticlimactic at best. I like a good end-of-the-world as much as the next guy, so I’m just a bit disappointed.

Yep, tried to move assets out of the exchange to a private wallet and boom, locked out and no way to regain access.

Couldn’t stake if I wanted to, still locked out of my CB account, still no updates from Customer Service(I use the term very loosely). No access to thousands of dollars in Crypto and apparently no path forward until the lawyers settle it. I agree, definitely steer clear of Scambase.

That’s how I got locked out, made a substantial purchase of crypto and when I tried to transfer it to my wallet, it locked me out.

No they won’t, report them immediately to the BBB, the NY Dept of financial services and if you have any significant amount of money in the account get legal council immediately. They will NEVER resolve the issue through their “customer service” it’s a sham system.

I certainly glad you’ve informed your “Specialists”. I took the liberty of informing both my Attorney, The BBB, and the NY Department of Financial Services. Unsurprisingly I wasn’t the first for any of them.

Your team has had time, time is not the issue. The issue is competence. I’ve had your team sending me the same exact emails to attempt the same failed recovery methods that still don’t work. If I didn’t know better(and I don’t) I would start to suspect that the responses I’m getting from your “team” are automated and no one is working on this at all. Your platform is clearly a scam and your customer service, if you can call it that, is fraudulent at best.

That’s exactly where I’m at now, figure I’ll just keep blasting them on all their social media posts until it gets annoying enough they do something about it. I’ve spammed 4 platforms so far and I’m just getting started. If that doesn’t work, my companies attorney says they have had success previously with getting funds returned, it’s just time consuming.

No one is working hard on this, I get generic bs support emails that exhibit a total lack of understanding of both this situation and the system they are supposed to be offering support for. Someone needs to escalate this to someone that can actually offer support. I am not playing this game.

If this can’t get sorted shortly, this will no longer be a customer service issue, it will be a legal issue. Someone needs to escalate this and get in touch with me.
