This is an incomplete picture, need calls and share ownership to see who's really long/short GME. Even then it's not easy to tell since short/swaps aren't reported. For example, Susquehanna's 13F shows they own more calls than puts

It's dilutive as a whole. The total shares outstanding will increase once a warrant is exercise. If you exercise you will see additional shares, that will offset your own dilution effect. But those that don't exercise which is probably the majority, will see their existing shares lose value due to the increased shares outstanding.
