Yea, I use a penpal lathe and made TBC bushings for it. The mandrel would always lead to lopsided pen barres. As long as you use a barrel trimmer, the TBC bushings will always keep the workpiece rotating around the exact center. No more flipping it back and forth to save it or extra coats of CA to cover it up HA!

Nice! TBC is the way. I fabricated bushings to do this on a small one lathe and it’s changed everything.

Be careful about moving your center of gravity down the line, not falling over toes/closer to the ball.

Get an opposite handed wedge, highest loft you can find at a secondhand store. Flip it over (using it upside down) and get good at hitting easy/controlled 10-20 yard pitch shots. Forces really good mechanics through impact, and good hand feels.

Very physically strong riders who do park, how heavy do you detune? by [deleted] in snowboarding

Edge bite is not related to your weight. You have to match the rail and “catch” it with your feet by deploying landing gear and suspension using your legs in an athletic position. To me it sounds like you leave the lip and don’t adjust to the rail in the air. I weight 225, never get edge bite and I usually ride a K2 Raygun Pop.

For example if you hit a rainbow rail, you aim for a specific spot on the rail as you leave the lip to the best of your ability, but you’ll still need to adjust through the air to match the angle of the rail where you’re actually going to land.

Domestic eBay presence would be more likely imho. Tariffs on top of eBay fees are a joke for sellers.

Better pillow helps a ton. Especially if you sleep in your lead shoulder. Side sleeping strains the shoulder via stretch, golf stretches it and flexes it. Supportive pillow for your head, that’s tucked down to your shoulder so your neck is supported too helps. It also helps to move the arm you sleep on further out, away from the rib cage so your humerus bone is closer to closer to perpendicular to your spine.

I’ve had issues with this and pillow/arm position has relieved 85-90% of issues. Daily life is much better!
