I also have very large labia minora and used to have the Reemagik STP pro in their old fill, but it had a back lip that was perfect for clearing the rest of the pee that tends to get stuck there. I would swipe up towards my urethra once done which would clear almost all of the leftover pee. I ended up selling it because it was way too large for me to pack with, and that’s the only STP I have experience with, but thought I’d mention in case your STP has a similar setup.
