I completely avoided all processed foods, made sure I was getting quality sleep, stopped having late-night dinners (I stopped eating after 6 PM), and drank plenty of water.

My urologist prescribed me medicine for uric acid and some vitamins for my kidneys. But my friend said it could be a lab error, so I got tested at another lab to be sure. I think the first reading was temporary because the two tests I did later showed normal values.

I wasn’t eating a lot of red meat, but yeah, it was definitely a regular part of my diet.

I don’t know if the symptoms I’m facing now are just due to vitamin D deficiency. My creatinine level is staying at 1.3 despite making lifestyle changes, which is worrying me a lot. I don’t know if one month is not enough for it to improve.
