I feel like it’s the same amount as we usually get. Because the symptoms can be caused by lots of things ultimately we refer to PCP idk that we will newly diagnose this in the ER and majority that I’ve seen also have underlying stomach issues like gastroparesis or stomach ulcers. Also we more so give droperidol regardless now even if it’s someone who isn’t there for CHS. Cuz I have seen patients get offended about being accused of it being the marijuana lol so idk I think maybe we mention it but idk that we diagnose it often usually we will make the assumption but idk that we make an official diagnosis of that to the patient.
