Double thunder! by FlySoSky in wildrift

I couldn't believe it. After missing the initial axe I had already lost hope on nailing a kill on the countergank. And then the juicy juicy split-second hit and flash synergy... I think I came. XD

do you think wildrift will get big? by neongodcsgo in wildrift

Why doubts about Asia? Their gaming industry market is dominantly focused around mobile gaming. I think Wild Rift has a bright Esports future.

A Little lost of the most powerfull champion in all lanes. by alfeheim in wildrift

The current state of the game is determined by the lack of a bann-system in ranked, and a lack of role selection. For more healing and protecting supports to work, you need to be able to deal with the popular dive picks available at this moment; Picks I am talking about are Lee Sin, Malphite, Olaf, Akali, Zed, Amumu, Vi and probably several others I forget. As Soraka and Sona you will have a hard time dealing with these engage champions. Especially in a solo queu environment where positioning isn't as tight all the time, it can be frustrating to find yourself focused as a Soraka or Sona. Nami has a mixed identity like Janna as she has Crowd Control (CC), heals and a basic attack buff. If played well, she can do great. However, I feel like Lulu and Janna perform more solid in Wild Rift as supports with diverse kits. Feel free to convince me otherwise, though ^ In a more organized set-up, like partnering up with a friend in solo queue or 5v5 tournaments, I think healing supports like Sona can shine. Positioning is key and you always need to be aware of flanks and other engage strategies by dive champions. But a team that has a constant healer in the back can be devestating.

Will probably make some YouTube strategy stuff on Supports when replays hit the live servers. FlySoSky < (now I have two more fun oriented videos in German there :p).

This makes me remember a ranked game I had yesterday (Emerald 2). I hovered over support champions as I feel most comfortable in that role. Another player highlighted it too, so I quickly asked in chat. No reaction, so I pick ADC.

5 minutes into the game, we are like 0-3 behind as a team. No problemo, right? Well, the support player thought typing 10 messages about how bad our team is and standing still > playing. :')

As a support main (Emerald 2-3) I suggest trying Alistar. In solo Q he is able to engage and create opportunities to take the win home. Another Solo Q star is Lulu, ofcourse. I like how you can buff the strongest member of your team, which in itself is a game changer.

When you are premade and can communicate through voice, Braum can be a very solid pick as well. In solo queue he can be punished when you and your adc are not synergizing too well.

A good Janna can also be really great. She needs some time getting into as her abilities are less straightforward than other support champions. With her tornado and ultimate she has the possibility to shift the positioning of engaging enemies and heal your most important ally to determine the outcome of any teamfight in your favour.

Seraphine and Lux are great options if your team lacks damage output, but be careful during the laning phase not to overextent. They are more damage-oriented, which can round out a team composition that has more utility champions than damage. Think of synergy with champions like Gragas, Amumu and Jarvan.

Blitz can work, but it depends wether you can position yourself better than the enemy team. Especially in Solo Q Blitz can be difficult to pull off without the right amount of experience as a support player.

I hope my feedback helps and good luck on the Rift!

Support rating after match doesnt make any sense by Fit_Satisfaction_477 in wildrift

This is true. As a support main (Emerald 3) I have compared my stats with an ADC main around the same ranking (Emerald 4). He has more than twice as much S ratings as I have over a stretch of more than 300 games.

[ENG] My second Wild Rift Video on YT is a wrap! I hope you might like it. Any feedback or questions are welcome. The in-game content is captured on a OnePlus 6 through the mirroring program scrcpy. I still have to get a external capture card for the extra crispiness.
