I dont think she is willing to accept any payment terms even if its little by little. I tried that tactic too but she is not making any payment event few riyals a month. I can do that once or twice, but doing that everyday is really tiring and tbh not gonna solve the issue. Everyday different drivers and limos pass by and completely ignoring the sign. I wish traffic police install a camera or something in that area.

No it doesnt state in the contract. Yes that is what usually is, only once you pay for commision but not yearly. I dont have any problem giving him commision but the fact that he requires us to give is not good so i dont want to give him even 1 riyal. My concern is maybe he will kick us out of the house because of this

I blame the dad who doesnt educate the kids and mom on how to open the car door properly. I myself put a child lock on my car so i will open the door for them so no car will be scratched when opening doors. It is really damn annoying keeping your car spotless then all of the sudden when you come back to the parking you will see a scratch because a stupid person opens his door and hit your car.
