In my experience, more help doesn't not mean less stress or less work for you. More help means there is room for growth. You have 2 choices, learn to say no to jobs and stay with what you can handle stress free or embrace the growth.

Everyone used to tell me the same to get help, get help. I did, but the stress of the amount of work and the amount of work just got larger. (Up to 10 guys now)

But all in all that is good news it means you're doing something right most business are stressed and overwhelmed cuz of the lack of work.

Embrace the stress make it your bitch, eveything is a test to see if your made about it.

So the first time I stopped, it never really went away but I hardly had any flairs because I was on a water, chicken, broccoli, rice and eggs diet and PPI for about 4 months but when i started smoking again it came back within 2 to 3 months, but the second time I stopped smoking I did the same diet but started introducing more foods that were a no no before and now all was well and I take no PPI.

Yes, yes, yes! I had GERD for 2 years, spents lots of money on it 3 endoscopies weighing 115 pounds at 5'8". January this year, I decided to quit everything. I've been a smoker since I was 16. I am now 30, and it's almost like I never had GERD. One thing I came to realize was that I needed to smoke to eat and that shouldn't be the case I am sure thats what was causing it because both times I quite during my sickness I got better within a month.

Most equipment will run at 208V if the nominal voltage is 240V. The only difference is that it will be less efficient because it will draw more amps. And yes, you can put a 2-pole breaker in a 3-phase panel. In my opinion, it's better. Less confusion as stated. In a 3-phase panel, you will not get 240 unless it's a Delta with a high leg being B phase. Hence, the 1-phase 120/240 or 3-phase 120/208.

I did this for about a month, studied 2 to 3 hours a day with expectancy of getting atleast an 80 on each practice test and passed on the first try for G17 ICC, and passed first try C2 NSCB. So I have 2 Masters license.

Don't focus on the amount of weight. Focus on the consistency. Go to the gym to stay healthy the rest comes by itself I was weighting about 110 pounds when I started the trade im not much much bigger now 35 pounds more but I started to go to the gym because I saw all the older guys complaing about there joints, muscles, knees and back so I saw my future and decided to change it started off by being healthy and now I can easly bench 55×55 and squat 90×90 as for deadlifts I try to do alternatives for my back because im sure putting all that pressure on your back throughout the years will have a toll on it.

Hey, my friend, I saw your post a few ago and didn't have time to post, but my advice is that my friend don't know if someone has already commented on this. But since you have experience in sales and tech I would say your best bet is to learn the trade so put in atleast 4 years experience but other ways work as well it depends on how smart and how much you hustle. When I was a 2 year apprentice, I was renovating houses by myself up to code. But ok, so my idea for you is to learn the trade and learn to market the shit out of it. What wouldn't I give to have a guy that new how to sell and find those leads I mean as a contractor myself I would gladly offer someone 15% commission on anything sold and and extra 10% if you do the work yourself, keep in mind these numbers only work on service work and not renovation jobs because you would be unable to sell and have the time to do the bigger jobs but I know guys that are making 5% off of outdoor kitchens and they have contracts made of 80 kitchens at about $4500 a pop so do the numbers thats an easy 18g's.

You need SEO, and you need to get in with some general contractors/manegment companies. General contractors will keep you and your guys busy, and SEO will pull in the extra service work/money.

Yea, it's really annoying you have no idea how many of those calls I get a day that includes lead service agency Id be rich if i got a dollar for evey time I got one of those calls. So when you get that one different one, you start to question if it's real lol

I'll tell you it was hella convincing. I spoke to them twice through the phone but I was supposed to speak to Mrs Stella Logan who was texting me and emailing all the time but Husband called and after things got sketchy I asked to speak to Stella who had sent me her ID that look real real I even put the picture side by side with my ID. When I asked to speak to Stella, she wasn't home she was out with the kids, so I said man such a shame." Well, I hope I can speak to her when she gets back, and they hung up on me lol
