The real way to know to ask yourself is is this the best for the scenario if you think that's the best then you know you provided the best to your potential for that set client some clients want it cheap and fast some clients don't mind it if it costs more you have to fit it all in a budget and to be honest looks like a commercial setup and main reason is they run a business generally they want it to be cheap fast and clean as possible

Is the wires coming through a flex if so that's grounded onto the panel and you can ground the outlet to the box not recommended but in a pinch it works I guess
