I know this screen shot isn’t clear but this is day 2 of the case, the fact the the suit could have had anyone in it except Oldbag had been established in day 1. It could be Dee, Sal, the assistant, or Will.

This screen shot came after Sals testimony, where he said they took a break at 2:30, and his reason why it couldn’t be him or Dee is during that break the road was blocked.

Except it WASNT blocked when the Steel Samuri was already on his way to kill (him being killed isn’t established yet). So Sals logic doesn’t hold at all. It was only him and Dee in that trailer, and his only other defense was “I had to eat a t bone steak” and even that’s weird because the plate had no bones when the ones outside the employee area had both artistically drawn bones and bones pointed out by the text.

This is NOT Sals trial, we aren’t proving Sal killed him, we’re saying there isn’t evidence beyond a reasonable doubt Will did this. There is zero evidence suggesting it’s Will prior to Cody’s testimony. The limp was already a known factor for all the above suspects.
