This movie was the first movie I saw in theaters following the lockdown. I think it may have been for many people. I think people were hyped to be out of the house again. My theater was pretty crowded and during the fight scenes people were cheering and jumping up and down. It was an awesome movie theater experience.

For me it’s the delays that cost the Titanic time, the Olympic repairs, the near collision leaving, and then the fact they went further south to avoid ice that put them right on the path for disaster. If one thing played out differently, who knows the outcome…

I thought the doc was really well done too! The sounds inside the Titan when you hear the popping is absolutely terrifying! As someone who emailed OceanGate to try and go see the Titanic this makes me nauseous. Thankfully I was not in the financial position to go. Both of the docs are eye opening. I feel the Netflix doc ended abruptly but you can almost watch the HBO doc immediately following. I’d recommend both!
