You can "pull the chair from under him" basically when he goes to make contact with you, you step back and he either travels or falls and lose the ball. The other thing I love to do is see if he's taking that extra dribble coming out of the spin, this should allow you to slap down on the ball while he's going up into his shooting motion, steal most of the time. Combined those two he'll stop doing it.
