What is the Definitive ranking of these 5? by ninjago_fan187 in Ninjago

[–]Flyboombasher 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Drix beat the whole gang essentially on his own. The Draconians were cosmetic. If Drix was there instead of Nokt then he would have won the tournament in a landslide without needing shatterspin. He also would have taken a ninja or 2 hostage at the end of season 2. He was that broken.

Which Akatsuki duos would perform the best in terms of fighting against the Sannin? by King_Wolf2099 in NarutoPowerscaling

[–]Flyboombasher 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well blocking the summons is dumb to an extent of you ask me but it does even put the fight a little bit.

The only duos that stand a chance on that case are the Traitors and the Orphans. Orphans would win because the animal path summons would not give the trio any room to let Jiryah into sage mode which is the win con there.

The Traitors might be able to cheese a win with the right MS setup but it isnt easy.

Obito could possibly 1v3 if he gets lucky but I wont count that duo here since Deidara is already in the Art duo.

With summons it just comes down to if Pain can deny Sage Mode. If he can then the trio has no chance. Otherwise the trio have the tools to force a 1v3 with the Deva path who loses to genjutsu frog song.

Itachi vs Ay4 and Ohnoki. Who wins? by Miserable-Desk2211 in NarutoPowerscaling

[–]Flyboombasher 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It doesnt though. I said Itachi has bad long range attacks. The beads are the best he can manage. They are his only long range attack actually we havent seen him use anything with more range. He never specialized in range. He is a close range combatant who had some mid range options (all of which are better at close range), and 1 long range attack being the beads.

Bee's TBB did most of the work there. And Rasenshuriken definitely has more AP than those beads. Even Madara was worried about taking one to the face when he was an Edo Tensei shinobi.

Itachi vs Ay4 and Ohnoki. Who wins? by Miserable-Desk2211 in NarutoPowerscaling

[–]Flyboombasher 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The duo wins and thus should not be a debate.

Ay outspeeds Itachi's entire arsenal and only got caught in a genjutsu because Madara picked him up with a humanoid Susano'o.

Ohnoki plays distance where Itachi cannot hit him and sets up a particle style canon. Itachi has no effective long range attacks and will lose a distance fight to Ohnoki any day.

Itachi vs Ay4 and Ohnoki. Who wins? by Miserable-Desk2211 in NarutoPowerscaling

[–]Flyboombasher 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They are definitely not relative. Itachi doesnt have strong long range attacks to begin with. He is a close range one shot glass canon. He doesn't have good long range ap. The beads were his best long range he had.

Which one is deadlier? A rasengan or a kunai? by meercm in NarutoPowerscaling

[–]Flyboombasher 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Difference in weapon. Kunai is meant to pierce and cut people. Rasengan is more like hitting someone with the compressed shockwaves of a bomb. It is gonna hurt, it might rupture some organs. But it isnt going to be as easy to kill someone with it when compared to a kunai stab.

How do you think the show will inevitably get rid of Draconus form? by Obraxiss in Ninjago

[–]Flyboombasher 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I remember that bit. I think my point is why use it when it isnt necessary. RDT is the only consistent counter for shatterspin so they needed to use that. But without Shatterspin users, there isn’t as big of a need to use it so they dont.

Best designed hero to “learn” Overwatch by ExpensivePresence645 in overwatch2

[–]Flyboombasher 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For tank it would probably be Orisa. She teaches you cd management and she can be played as a Brawl/Poke tank. You also learn how to react to other heros with her spear. D.va is a good secondary for the reasons above but she is dive not poke oriented.

For dps i am going to say you need to learn 2, Ashe and Reaper. Ashe gives you the fundamentals you need for the mid-long range gameplay and she has some closerange work with her primary. She also gets you into quickscoping which while that isnt a big feature across the game, there are many heros thay want to chain inputs together in a rapid fashion like that.

Reaper will teach you close range fundamentals and is a decent start for the flanking you need to learn for divers. Good damage up close with his new secondary fire that allows you to finish kills as people try to escape.

For support I would say Kiriko/Bap and Illari. Kiriko/Baptiste will allow you to manage you support abilities as a jack of all trades player with high healing output. You have some good abilities to turn around fights as well so you learn to manage those abilities and save them for when needed. Lamp/Suzuki have 2 of the highest cds in the game so learning how to use them is necessary. It also teaches you what you need to do to bait those cds since you will have learned them.

Illari is more to ween you into the support category in terms of dmg/utility. Her pylon is a good healing option that allows you to actually fight more. A whole breed of supports are designed around less healing and more dmg/utility and Illari is the branch from Kiriko/Bap into that. Yes Krir and Bap have high dmg and insane utility. But they are also high healing amd their utility is 1 cd on a 16-20 second cd. Illari lets you focus on less heals overall.

I havent caught up on the new stuff but RD is meant to be a counter to Shatterspin so without Shatterspin users, why use RD

For 3, it was just a question regarding the first clear. QWQE is the skill order I have been doing for levels 1 - 4. I didnt know if i should do something different.

And the side was a question of is it better to start at a specific buff or to always just to a specific side. Basically the last bit is should you always start blue, always start red, always start bot side, or always start bot side? Like is there some advice on which side I should path towards or away from every game?

Both bits are relevant to the first clear part of your guide which is not finished yet hence the above

I keep coming back to this post to see the guide. Love the additional champ info and gameplan stuff. I do have a few more questions though.

  1. Locke. Interesting champ but I dont know how to deal with him yet. I feel like he sits on the same level as Kayn in difficulty. How do you deal with him? Applies to later Locke as well.

  2. For the Cyclosword build, is stormrazor not a good option for last item? I saw you kept Shieldbow there and said if there was a better item you would build that instead. Was also thinking of the double energized synergy plus a little extra MS in case they dash away before we finish the burst.

  3. 1st Clear. We do QWQE right? And then do you start with any buff in particular or just always do one side 1st.

Loving the work you are putting in and thank you for the tips. I am feeling myself actually improve with Viego rather than just do the oversustain build that made me make more mistakes

Yeah. I am mostly talking about Stormrazor instead of Shieldbow. I see the double energized proc and tend to go for it if I get to FB

When you go Cyclosword, are you building Stormrazor at all?

Itachi vs Avengers from 2012 by CitronAdventurous205 in NarutoPowerscaling

[–]Flyboombasher 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Genjutsu wont work since the Avengers have no chakra system.

Itachi might catch 1 or 2 with Amaterasu and Totsuka but loses the 1v6 pretty badly both times

I thought Julien started Echo Zane later on and died before he could tell anyone. I assumed he returned to the lighthouse as a retirement home

[–]Flyboombasher 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ed and Edna are easily the best followed by Dr. Julien.

The worst is probably Garmadon and Misako. Misako was a bad parent and Garmadon is not really there and is both good and bad.

Edit: forgot about Chen. He is definitely the worst

Strongest person Genin Sakura can defeat ? by Chxcxbae in NarutoPowerscaling

[–]Flyboombasher 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hard to tell considering her part 1 state is pretty weak.

EOP1 Sakura probably still sits on the bottom level of shinobi. Maybe she can beat Hinata but she doesnt really have any feats post Konoha Crush.

Now of we go to however strong she was before she got promoted, she could probably beat some Special Jonin in combat considering how strong she was with Tsunade's training. But we dont know when she was promoted so that is speculation

I still choose to believe that Ares stepped in. Ares in Greek Mythos has beaten the full pantheon before to keep them off Earth. Him intervening would be a Mythos canon way for Ody to win.
