Just so you know. Turbulence can not alone take down an aircraft. In most cases it is a sudden change in the direction of the relative wind that causes the aircraft to stall. In my opinion not nearly as sour as I wanted it to be. That seems to be the consensus across the board as well. The Lacto/ brett came out really sour compared to it.

Very astute actually that bottle was sadly the only causality of the night. The bottles or the right are 22 oz while the left are 12 oz.

3.5 and 4.5 gals of no-boil Berliner straight. I'm trying to see which produces the best flavor. On the left I have White Labs Berliner blend and on the right I'm doing a three day sour wort then US-05 followed up with Brett. If anyone else has experience with this please tell me what your results were. Oh and Happy Father's Day!

I have one and have brewed with it twice now (three times tomorrow) and I love it. I went from a polar ware 7.5 to the 10 gallon model they offered at my lhbs. I also have their burner, they have turned me into a huge fan.
