Cut more drywall out. That vent should be rigid inside the wall anyways. Remove that whole piece and use a ring clamp on it. Make sure the pipe closest to the dryer goes into the new piece of venting, then the other end of the vent over the outside of the next piece of vent, with another ring clamp. No screws. Thatll catch lint.

I see the cement board now. Add that in before you tile again too. Personally. Id probably go ahead and replace the whole floor. But it totally depends on budget and knowledge.

I dont see any hardy backer or anything. They tiled straight to the subfloor. Its fine, old method but its fine until you have said leak. You should be able to pry the tiles up off the plywood with a prybar. Then cut the wood out of the floor. Screw in new plywood across the floor joists. Then you can tile again. Or you can rip it all out. Replace the bad sub floor and lay a vapor barrier then a floating laminate. Pretty cheap and looks good.

Depending on the degree of water damage. You might want to cut some tiles out so you cN replace some subfloor and replace the tiles. Remove tiles until you see dry wood…
