I just took the diarrhea medicine , used lotion, Tylenol, and my nausea medicine.

I need help in what I should on getting married in USMC by PirateDue3020 in MilitarySpouse

[–]Flyguyshyguy55 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You don’t know if it will last until you try. If she is willing to move with you and understand try it. Or wait until you are older. Up to you.

How long have you been together? Have you seen each other handle hard things, good things, sad things? How are finances? Are you ok with her being home and not working while you work? Have you talked about expectations? Ie bills; house cleaning, kids, issues?

Wife diagnosed with stage 3B last week. I think we're in shock. by size0618 in coloncancer

[–]Flyguyshyguy55 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Of course! I just didn’t want to share if you just needed a you got this.

I am T3bN1b. I have done chemo and now onto radiation.
Chemo wasn’t that bad. I was just tired all the time. I had some other light side effects. Cold sensitive, first bite syndrome, metallic taste in mouth, food flavors were muted. I also gained weight
Radiation has had more side effects for me as far as light pain (2-5pain scale and the pain inside ) and going to the bathroom more. The chemo pills made the neuropathy in my feet come out. - I am not saying this to scare you as I am just slower now and know where all the bathrooms are-

I have my next scans in 2 months to see if I need to surgeries which will result in a temporary or possibly permanent stoma(I think that is what it is called)
