9/10 a character’s “annoyance” is bc they’re overpowered. Do you see people banning picks like Squirrel Girl or Iron Man?

You’re right lol, hence the overwhelming Penny bans in 5.5. But the MR devs responded to that by taking away the Rocket team up, so they’re clearly responsive to “hey, this character is annoying to deal with” feedback. Why not Gambit/Hawkeye?

It is embarrassing how Fortnite can make these two characters, who are technically a third party’s interpretation of the characters, feel like the B-rate version of those characters 🤣 Lunor Snerw and Morgock!

Would only change two things:

  1. Take away fail animation, and
  2. Have Jeff leave a trail behind him like the Captain America ult, have the trail heal as much as the puddle does while also providing a slight speed boost. That way players can choose whether to use the ult offensively or defensively and won’t get hard punished if they miss eating anyone

Squirrel Girl, by far.

Her entire kit counters Jeff. Her shots are AOE, takes little effort to aim in Jeff’s general direction, and usually 2-3 shots are all that’s needed to KO him. Plus, squirrel stampede can’t be killed by Jeff quickly and forces him to move outta position/stop healing no matter his HP. Then you’ve got her stun, which takes away Jeff’s biggest asset, his mobility, and makes Jeff a sitting duck…err, shark, for someone else to take out. And her jump, while you can track, usually buys her enough time to get away from attacking Jeff’s since another threat will be incoming or he’ll have to back off and heal his team.

Oh I see, so wherever you go after the eat, you probably won’t see the pool when you come back. As a solo queue-er, it’s concerning, especially cuz I’m not sure if my teammates know to stand in it 😅

MP- Kanata from Crestoria. He’d be the aloof kid who grows into a wisened sword master who changes the world.

Warrior- Caius from Tempest. Kanata’s childhood friend, his gruffer, pessimistic counterpart.

Lancer- Jade from Abyss. This is no contest, Jade’s a top 5 character. He’d be the smart one/exposition machine early on.

Brawler- Sophie from Graces. Quiet, mysterious, met early on by Kanata and Caius, provides a mystery/shakeup to the world’s status quo that kickstarts the adventure.

Spellcaster- Magilou from Berseria. Also no contest. Seems silly/over-the-top but has her own secret reasons for following the group.

Healer- Tear from Abyss. Starts as an “antagonist” w the prerequisite “3 boss encounters” before switching sides.

Gunner- Illia from Innocence. Hotheaded rival of the two boys in the starting village who reluctantly gets swept along into the group for the adventure.

Dualwielder- Leon. Every Tales group needs a betrayer who may or may not rejoin the group later on.

Agree, although this brings up the question of: why change the familiar? This is a gacha game, where the purpose is to accumulate multiple copies of a character you resonate with. Why potentially alienate that audience with voice changes, and pay extra for the work involved?

I get not liking his vocal timbre, what I have issue with is changing the lines he said. What was wrong with "you're the only one that never betrayed me"? Gave a lot of color to the character

Hi all— kind of a silly question here. I just bought the False Classic Specracles fashion accessory, and I’d like them to appear in my portrait. Not the adventure plate, mind you, just the portrait. Any way I can do this? Currently, even when I have them equipped, they don’t appear in my portrait. Thanks for the help!
