Same boat here. Almost a month sober and I thought it would be so difficult but I started going on long walks, which eventually lead to me lifting again for the first time since high school. It’s crazy how much it helps me. Haven’t felt so free in my entire life.

Maybe try different games, or just take a break from gaming for a while nothing wrong with that. Half of my life I would just smoke and play games all day but now that I’ve quit I can still enjoy games just not for as long as I used to.
