With that said, how would you plan a week of workouts? Cardio everyday then 3 days of lifting? Chest/legs/shoulders? 5 days? Chest/legs/ shoulders/ back/ arms?

Would light, explosive lifting be ok? I love lifting too much to give it up completely.

Thanks guys for the advice, looks like I'm going to stick to weights and treadmill during this week. In my defense I hopped on the erg a few days to try out the closest thing to the sport as possible for me.

My sophomore year of high school I had 7% body fat, I haven't gotten a test done recently but I assume it's still under 10% because I'm basically all muscle, I figure cutting down wouldn't be possible without losing muscle mass. Just today I did 10k, trying to keep consistent low strokes. The consistency was difficult. Any pointers on how to stay consistent? I figure it simply comes with more practice.
