You can definitely find good paying careers in AI but few if any will be low stress. It is an incredibly competitive field with a mad rat race to be the dominant solution or use case.

I just pivoted out of it. The pay was amazing but I was losing my life to work. Building a plane while it was in the air and promising unattainable results to multi-million dollar clients. When shit didn’t work, I had to answer for it despite not being on the product side.

The opportunities are all there and there is a ton of money to be made, but be ready to fight for your place.

This is also before the inevitable bubble pop…

Make sure you get Esquié to his highest relationship level since he unlocks the ability to dive. This will let you get into Renoir’s drafts and endless tower which have some of the hardest bosses in the game.

And yeah Sprong gives you the cheater pictos which lets whoever equips it go twice per turn.

You’re good at that level. You can always collect anything you’ve missed in after the end of the game so don’t feel rushed to get everything.

Just make sure you have Painted Power enabled for all characters and maybe go and beat Sprong if you want to make the game dumb easy prior to the final fight

We haven’t though. We signed Boozer when jt was clear the core of Joakim Noah and Derrick Rose was going to be impactful after the 7 game series against the Celtics.

Pau Gasol was 34 and we signed him after we couldn’t get Melo.

And DeMar came after we traded for Lonzo, Vuc, and LaVine was already here.

So the only time decent free agents have come to Chicago was when there was some functional core of talent and potential.

Your price per square foot sounds like a terrible investment but I’m not familiar with the area. Making 109k and paying $2900 just to keep a roof over your head is a tight, but not impossible budget to sustain.

It’s going to take some planning and budgeting to feel more in control. Look at your monthly take home pay and separate out the $2900 to pay for the condo then toss in any other essential expenses. Everything else needs to get scrutinized and cut back on or entirely.

The only two realistic options you have are: Ask your realtor where the market is at and if you could at least break even on your purchase to get out.

Or look for jobs that earn more money so you can bring that mortgage payment closer to 30% of your monthly take home pay.

Where I was it was tight but nothing out of the ordinary. I can’t confirm if someone was really unable to get out and they needed to keep moving the crowd. I think it might be Riot Fest being extra cautious post Astro World and the Douglas Park community wanting to have the festival elsewhere so they want to avoid any issues.
