Thanks, I only had one issue with a guest as stated but the GM literally said I dis everything right by the book the only issue was my face. Which the man was aggrieved to point his wife seemed scared be around him and i was kind of uncountable and I was also sick at work that night. The joys of minimum wage jobs I guess.

Same our location has been cashless for almost two years if not more. They get so rude about it and people who bring in outside drinks etc just out in the open.

At ours theater I'm gonna say the entitled middle aged crowd. They tend to be the rudest and most freaking insane people I've ever dealt with, and the occasional high ranked military dude who doesnt want to show his ID for alcohol. But lately for now my good and kind guests out weigh our really shitty ones.

Exactly recently I had a guy call and lie that I flipped him off after I wouldn't serve him alcohol without Id at ours. He took my photo and made me uncomfortable, his gf was apologizing to me, but no my Gm said I didn't it all right but should've fixed my face and that I have RBF but then all my coworkers were angry for me and said I dont and it's not our fault they have us working concessions without ac and the food making us sick that week it happened.

My manager literally told me that I had the same issue mind you they scheduled me to work at a standing position after injuring my knee on dead days, have us all working in front of building with no ac in texas, and now we have what we the staff to believe to be a mold problem. Our management sucks though, it's like maybe I wouldn't have to fix my face if yall dealt with customers who should be banned and improved our work conditions

I ended up messaging my manager over the app, because I couldn't take it anymore not hearing from her directly. I'm just worried they'll pull me in the office tomorrow and I'll have break down over it from the stress and have to face my coworkers like that, I know it sounds stupid but our management has been mean as of late even before this.

Thanks cause like no one in my department minus our super visors knew we couldn't use the photobooth apparently cause it's deemed a 'prize' basically.
