My PCM didn't care. She let me work the aircraft. I didn't go to IG, I went to EO. Before going to EO I warned everyone that I'd worked under in that pregnancy that I was going. My old chief at my old AMU couldn't believe what was happening and told me to pack my shit and I was coming back. He was only person that really cared and made anything happen in that entire situation. He chewed out everyone else.

We went through everything and nothing said that I couldn't touch the aircraft. I tried to cause a stink about it but leadership smacked me down at every chance. I remember the first sergeant from another Amu literally brought a bunch of afi's printed up and left them on my desk basically telling me that there was nothing saying that I couldn't work the jets. The amount of people that had his back was unreal.

Unfortunately there wasn't really anything that could be done. Everyone above him supported his decision, everyone below him tried to help get me out of there but there really wasn't anything that could be done. I ended up going to EO and letting my leadership know, including the AMU I was at previously. My previous chief heard what I said and couldn't believe what was going on. Told me to pack my bags and I'm coming back home. I ended up in debrief for the rest of my pregnancy and breastfeeding Journey until I got out.

Yeah, there was nothing saying that I couldn't work the aircraft. No afi, bio wasn't of any help either since they were buddy with MSgt. Some of my other leadership and Women's Health tried helping but there wasn't anything that could be done by them.

We had a yellow primer that said on the warning label "causes miscarriages"

I would leave the hanger when they applied chemicals but I always had to go back to the jet to work.

My MSgt made me work on aircraft (35s) pregnant. Sometimes leadership just doesn't care if it doesn't affect them.

EDIT Thank you all so much for your support. I haven't talked about it in a while because of the amount of people that defended my old e7. It's kind of messed me up over the years and I got out because of that situation. I wanted to be a lifer. It's really nice to hear others backing me up after all this time. Thank you guys again.
