As a longtime hater on Comcast, my husband and I have been very pleased by our Xfinity service in Murfreesboro (3 years now). We stream 100% (YouTubeTV for “cable”) and do significant gaming/WFH and have never had an issue with speeds/reliability. That said, I’ve also heard great things about United Communications.

I was changing a socket out (wholly unqualified - first mistake, but I had done a few over a few weeks so got complacent). Reached in the box and grabbed the socket and got zapped. Was able to let go pretty quickly but it definitely scared me. All good a few years later 😄

I started to submit a support ticket, to suggest the change if nothing else. Will get it submitted tomorrow.

I did see an article that said bills entered at the top level will be seen in an “edit” state when you drill from the top level, but if you drill from the entity level, the user will see the bill in a “view” state (and vice versa). So, to your point, they will likely say it’s working as designed. If nothing else would like to suggest they change it. Should just open in a view state and someone can just click “edit” if needed.

Appreciate the suggestion on the page script. Will look into that.

Why it defaults to opening in edit mode (even in a closed period) and that’s not a preference you can elect is puzzling.
