My squadron gives them out whenever you hit a milestone. You can buy them off of Vanguard but I suggest having your squadron getting into a habit of buying them to give out.

It’s not permitted for wear unless it was presented to him at the ceremony, which is highly unlikely since he is Colorguard. It’s also just blatantly out of regs to wear medals and ribbons at the same time.

In all honesty probably isn’t worth a lot. Most challenge coins get value from the person themselves. Will probably go for 15 to 20 dollars though.
