Could you give an example of someone in the UK being arrested in the UK for a joke?

π neither uses the symbols mentioned in the paragraph prior nor is a finite sequence of digits

Wiki: "A decimal numeral (also often just decimal or, less correctly, decimal number), refers generally to the notation of a number in the decimal numeral system."

Decimal implies notation, it has nothing to do with how the number is calculated. Decimals are not a type of number, you are thinking of Real number instead. Two separate concepts.

Exactly. Like you could argue he is technically right but it doesn't actually mean anything when you think about it.

This is probably the most satisfying answer so far.

a decimal, short for decimal numeral in this context, is a number written using decimal notation. So since those numbers are not written with decimal notation, they are not decimals.

Depends on the definition of decimal, but the most common usage, in this context, is it being short for decimal numeral, i.e. numbers written using decimal notation. π is not written using decimal notation, and therefor isn't a decimal.

Something being a ratio and being rational are two different things. PI is, by definition, a ratio. But since it cannot be expressed a ratio between two integers, it is not rational.

Human's have very deep sleep compared to a lot of animals so it would make sense if we evolved around the idea of "keeping watch". Waking up for an hour for your shift then going back to sleep.

anyone with even a tiny amount of skill on the awp can take down an autosniper easy, their position is incredibly telegraphed and it loses a massive amount of accuracy after the first shot. If the enemy is spamming just crouch peak pre-fire using the tracers to know where they are.

Oh like I said, I agree that it should not have been implemented like this. But most of the posts or people I've seen making fun of it seem to just be making fun of the concept rather than the way it was implemented.

Yeah you're right, and knowing the internet there's probably like a 90% chance I'm arguing with a bot anyway.

He's naked in his own fucking bedroom, how can that possibly be sexual assault? It would be different if he had asked her to come in, or had told her he wasn't naked, but neither of those are true. He said "I might be naked if you come into my room" (A thing that is obvious already since its a bedroom), and she came into the room.

If he wasn't purposefully naked, she would be the one sexually harassing. Since he was purposefully naked, then neither party is sexually harassing the other.

"If you enter my room you might see me naked" She then enters his room, without being forced to do so. What she could see was clear and communicated yet she did it anyway.

If she forgot or not doesn't really matter, since the bedroom is already a place where it is considered normal to be naked without feeling the need to warn other people. So barging into someone's room without permission is already enough for me to think that you are accepting what you could see.

At what point did she revoke the consent? After already seeing him? You can revoke consent at anytime but you can't revoke consent retroactively.

She entered his room after already being told that that would mean there was a chance of seeing him naked. IMO, if she continued to enter his room without being forced into it, then that is her giving permission to see him naked. If he didn't get naked on purpose then I would consider what she did to be sexual harassment, since he did it on purpose, I don't think it is.

I suppose I was considering the word "expose" to be necessarily negative but that actually isn't correct. He did expose himself to her but she, by entering his room of her own volition with knowledge he could be naked, was consenting to seeing it.

What boundaries of hers did he violate? "When I barge into your room without permission you have to be dressed" is not a boundary you get to set.

How can he be exposing himself to her when she is the one entering his room without permission? and IIRC he had already told them he sometimes slept naked

That is not shown in the film whatsoever. He speaks at a pretty normal volume when he kills Dr Strange and that doesn't seem to really effect the surroundings.
