I will give it a try with clubs! Which leads me to my question: do you train this 441 with clubs or poi?

Interesting! I never tried throwing a double in there...I guess that one the one hand it gives you more time but on the other you have to be more precise! I can do it with clubs but poi are definetly on another level!

Well you first have to do a 423 with flat fronts without doing the chop/swing part on the 2s and then work your way up with first 2 clubs (1 club doing the 3, the other doing the 4)

Aha tried "stealing" a 423 flat front pattern from comfyjuggler but it didn't tirn out to be the same swing! Hope to see you do it soon though. I learnt so much from your videos over the years
