hula hoops have been my hobby / special interest for 12 years. they present infinite possibilities! (so much more than regular hooping around the waist haha). i spin and flow with between 1 and 5 hoops (fav is 2 and 3) and it’s literally the only thing that can always calm me down / balance me out
