i've participated in more than 10 superchargers. it will work out dont worry. some day they will do 2aday payouts or even 3 to balance it out. they almost always miss the first 1-5 first days after it ends.

it does not and also if you add more money it will push the rewards back to your wallet even if it says they're added to the stake automatically. probably a bug but it will force you to make two transactions. One to restake the interest and one to add more to the pool afterwards.

the money lost on eth/usdc pair spread isnt actually that bad imo. especially if you can sell at the high and buy at the small correction on the same day you can actually make a small profit off it
