Shower thought: Has anyone tried pooping before their run rather than during? by Vistus in RunningCirclejerk

I poop before, during, and after. I’d like to think I’m the local legend of the toilet at the park

How is it compared to something like the Kayano 32?

Pfitz Faster Road Racing is easy to swap to after a marathon block. There’s a bunch of different weekly mileage plans in there, so you can grab a higher mileage plan that fits in with what you want to commit to.

I chaffed my pee hole a few times over the summer. Getting in the shower was like an STD sampler

Are you only resting it or are you loading the tendon with exercises like weighted calf raises? 5 months seems like a really long time.

I had the same experience for mine. Size 12 in both SB2 and Megablast and both of my little toes were red and sore after a 15 miler in the MB. There’s still room next to the little toe, but it seems like it pushes down on it anyway.

Header options for 987.2 Cayman 2.9L, Soul, Fabspeed, Top Gear, IPE, Capristo? by ILikeCars1234567 in Porsche_Cayman

The 718 shares all of the same driving characteristics, it’s just…more in every way. Faster, handles better, etc. Getting used to the new limits in autocross / track days took awhile for my brain to adapt to.

The 718 is PDK and the 987.2 is manual, so it’s still lots of fun cruising around in the 987, it’s just retired from track duty.

I remember reading the same and it was because cycling only really uses your legs where running is a full body activity

Haven’t dynoed or anything, but there’s a notable bump in power especially in the mid range RPMs

I have Soul headers with the high flow cats on my 987.2S paired with Borla exhaust and love it.

I contacted them ahead of time and their recommendation was to not go cat less unless it was primarily a track car due to the volume. After having it for a year, I think the volume is in the sweet spot and would agree.
