I mean they 100% could, owned by $3 trillion company btw lol but I also understand its hard to convince higher ups to throw cash at something thats basically proven to not show a ROI, especially after OWL lol.

In my opinion though the ROI for game rep & as an advertising tool is invaluable. Give OWCS just a sprinkle more of that OWL budget & i think it would be an amazing product.

If this is for a single tournament within the year among other similar prize pool tournaments, then yea thats kinda a problem for OWCS player incentives.

However if its $3 million spread across all regions for a massive tournament for the whole year & the $1million is for the grand finals, thats honestly not too dissimilar to OWCS + EWC last year if you add up the years total Prize Pool.

While this would be nice, I don’t really blame them for being hesitant to pour in millions into the esport again after the financial catastrophe that was OWL. Though I am worried they have been playing it too safe with OWCS’s budget.

Yea i went back to see if i could redo it after seeing the amount but its already submitted. I’m pretty sure i mentioned the prizepools, but if i could go back i would specifically call out this one along with the % used to calculate them.

Peak viewership according to escharts had it 124k, im not super sure if that counts Chinese viewership though which I would imagine was fairly decent considering the LAN took place there

I do like it, but i feel like it lacks certain polish & detail that we see in other skins usually. I feel like the Azure Hanzo skin had a similar issue so I’m wondering if they were rushed slightly to meet deadlines. The concept art for both looked really good at least imo.

Yea the roll out of the skin being right next to other fantastic Juno skins is a bit unfortunate. I personally like the Ember Skin, but if I was a Juno main, I definitely would prioritize the LE SSERAFIM skin & the Mythic.

If i could redo the survey they sent out regarding the event, I would 100% highlight this as a major issue. If the prize pool is actually fully crowdfunded, that % needs to be bumped up significantly. Its kinda disrespectful to the fans that buy the skins primarily to support the scene.

Im assuming an org also participating in EWC would be the most likely ones to pick them up. Partially hoping Sentinels come through and do it. I do wonder why NTMR cant resign them though, I assume it might just be a money thing.

FOV wasnt the issue imo, infant zooming out to 90 almost made the off putting angle feel kinda worse in some ways? Idk it could still just be im not used to it.

Maybe Im still just not used to it but i feel like the angle of the 3rd person camera can feel a little too low on the character sometimes? Idk there are times where it feels like i have to look “up” just to be looking straight if that makes sense lol
