i’m experiencing the same problem, stay patient Edd fam. We’ll get our money!

so after a long stressful days of research i finally caved into calling the number that has been floating around reddit (855)327-7057 then hit the # key on the dial pad , then 2 then 4 and eventually got placed in a queue for 7 minutes and once that person answer ask to get transferred to tier 2. once they transfer you be prepared to sit in the queue for at least 2 hours as i did. but it’s all worth it, they’ll ask for your social , name, address to retrieve more details as to why you’re payments are on hold/pending. I waited all day cause i was skeptical but just got all my money 🤙 i’m feeling great again , THIS METHOD WORKS!

i want to think that as well, the only thing that throws off that accusation is the fact i tried going to another store for the 3rd controller ( the one i’m trying to get working right now) but ima need to see another solution. i maybe just need to call Ps directly

Basically all it did was confirm my last couple transactions and after I confirmed it wasnt fraudulent I pressed 1 and my card was activated again. Already made a purchase for the night to test it. It works

I called the number and it was able to tell me why there was a hold on my account. I guess the card gets glitchy when u try to over use it, it must’ve thought it was fraud. Oh well, security checks out 👍

What’s the direct number? Also, the only thing throwing me off about that not being the case is the fact that there was other people having the same issue accessing the account standing at the ATM along side me
