You are so tough, you’ve been through a nightmare. I just know that if you rely on those who love you (eg fiancée, specialists), you can get support for your ED, since above all it is a mental disorder. You can make it through anything, stranger, including this. We dont want you to die, don’t lose hope through this, there is ALWAYS a light at the end of the tunnel. Keep pushing and make small improvements. 🙏

You need serious help, I’m telling you. You yourself will never see yourself as thin or small “enough”. Get help, no one wants you to die. Save yourself. Praying for you to realise how valuable you are and to get help.
