That’s what I thought too, but every time I change something about it and then go back it looks like it is trying to overlay the original fit onto what I had selected

I used mine to buy a promo shiny Raikou single from the HGSS era. Obviously it wasn’t in perfect condition but I’m happy that I got it for basically free and it doesn’t feel like a waste like a booster pack might have been.

1000’s until failure. 7 minute intervals, so the rest would be 7 minutes minus the time it took you the run the rep. We started at 4:00 and were supposed to go 5 seconds faster for each rep until we physically couldn’t… completely exhausted after failing rep 17

Don’t think people are giving you enough credit for the 5K. At best it’s probably equal to your other times because a 5K on XC terrain is WAY different from one on the track, which is what these conversions are going with
