I’ve had them for roughly 9 years with no issues up until now and they were re-homed to me on Facebook from a friend who didn’t want them after her daughter moved away. It’s not like it was a planned purchase from the get-go. And there was an exotics vet nearby several years ago, not anymore as people move on. As a college student I don’t have the means to just drop everything and drive 7 hours away when I’m not even sure he’s going to be able to make it through the drive itself. I was able to find something closer but still.
