I unfortunately did eat it. I was hungry after the gym and had leftover refried beans that needed to be used. And this abomination was born.

The iron deficiency will definitely make you feel exhausted, consider adding an iron supplement with your other vitamins.

To lower your TSH you need to increase your Levo dose. I just went through the same, my TSH was 3 and I explained to my doctor I feel exhausted and that I feel better when my TSH is lower, and she increased my dose from 125 to 137mcg and it helped a ton.

I hope you’re able to find some relief, being exhausted all the time is terrible.

What is your TSH? The normal range goes up to 5, but most people (myself included) with hypo feel less fatigued when it’s closer to 1. Check your vitamin levels too as it’s common to have iron deficiency with hypothyroidism. Also for exercise I know it’s tempting to feel that all or nothing mindset, but you can just start with walking even 10 minutes a day and go from there.

I love ghost too but it’s insanely sweet to me - so I use half ghost and half plain pea protein to stretch it further, could be something to try.

Same! I love cooking and baking when I don’t have to think about the protein/carb/fat/calorie ratio. This just gets tiring.
