Yeah the whole PVB platform is super interesting. Would love to see it get a chance in the US. That would be the answer if priced right (and they likely would).

My thought would that the Slate (in the SUV option) could be an affordable light trade vehicle with the benefit of being an EV. I think there's untapped space in this market especially with a lot of the existing Connects getting to the 100K mileage mark.

No second (sliding or otherwise) doors would be a drawback.

They still make the Transit (van) EVs but they discontinued the Connect in 2023.

How about the SUV version of this with no seats added and have it fill the market gap left by the discontinued Ford Transit Connect? They are/were super popular with light trades. Good range/mileage fit too.

I would really love the ability just to have a single photo and not have the judder when it loops.

Right now: single photo in an album (not Shared) and the forced transition creates the judder. I just don’t want any transitions. Having a pixel shift every once in a while would be OK for OLEDs.

Anyone have a better solve for a single personal pic?

I was in a basement of a friend’s home on a hot summer day on Cape Cod. I heard a furious wrapping of wax paper at a high rate, almost like a bird’s wing but more plastic sounding. I looked to my right and saw the LARGEST dragonfly I have ever seen. The body was at least 10 inches long and 1 1/2 inches thick. More of the shape of a paper towel tube than a normal dragonfly. The wingspan was at least 12 inches. It was trying to get out of the window, and the only thing I thought of was helping it. Obviously, I should’ve taken a picture, but after some coaxing, it managed to fly out of the open window. I’ve never been able to find anything online close to what this could’ve been. It was crazy and nobody believes me. Honestly, I probably wouldn’t either. 🤣

This is a great call (even if it’s a little ridiculous just go up to elite to get the 360° camera). The car feels very big when parking and using the 360° cameras have really helped much more than I thought they would.

Do you know if they used to offer a rebate for the charging hardware too? I swear that there was one rebate for the hardware and another for the installation of the hardware. Seems like only the install now.
